ROOM CONFIGURATION:
1x En-suite master bedroom with double bed - walking out on a communal balcony.
1x Double bedroom - walking out on a communal balcony.
1x Family bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunkbed set - room sleeping 4 in total.
Total sleeping capacity - 8 pax
This spacious, double story, home is has a fully equiped kitchen, lounge with TV, sterio and DSTV decoder (bring your own card), dining area and lockable garage.
Linen is supplied but you would be required to supply your own bath and swimming towels.
RATES & RESERVATIONS:
Winter (May to August) - R850 per night
Out of Season - R1000 per night
School Holidays - R1500 per night
Please note that a R500.00 refundable deposit will be charged upon check-in. Refunds will be paid back into your bank account within 24 hours of check-out providing that the house was left in its original condition.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Overmeer Guest House requires a 50% deposit to secure any reservation. Should the deposit not be paid within 2 working days, after the confirmation was received, the booking will be released without further notice.
For Oyster Festival reservations full payment 30 days prior to arrival are required.
Overmeer Guest House cannot be held responsible for unpredictable weather conditions.
Minimum bookings of two nights are required for this home.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A 50% non refundable deposit is required for school holidays, Easter weekend and Oyster Festival reservations.
Full payment must be received for these reservations and should the client cancel the booking within 30 days of their arrival they will be liable for the full accommodation bill.
All other reservations are subject to:
Up to 4 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of deposit will be refunded.
29 to 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of deposit will be refunded.
13 - 7 days prior to arrival - 25% of deposit will be refunded should the Guest House be able to re-sell the reserved room/s.
6 days and less prior to arrival - no refund will be made and the client will be liable for the full accommodation bill.
Refunds are to the sole discretion of the owners and individual circumstances will be taken into consideration.
Should the client have travel insurance there will not be any refunds but Overmeer will assist the client in every possible way to claim for their expenses.
Cancellations must be made in writing and Overmeer must accept receipt of cancellation by return e-mail or written correspondence. No telephonic cancellations will be accepted.
